Invoicing and Payments

We can invoice you for your booking and you can pay by BACS. Please advise when you book if we need a purchase order number from you before we generate an invoice.

Alternatively, you can pay by card by clicking the link on an invoice or by paying over the phone. Card payment is the only option for family tours.

Everything must be paid for in advance of any training courses or tours taking place.
Payment terms can be found on our invoices but please contact us if you would like more details. Once bookings are confirmed with us, cancellation charges apply if you decide not to go ahead with your booking.

Medical Forms

It is very important that you complete and return the medical form to us prior to your visit as any information on it helps us to make sure your group has a great time with us.

Provisional and Confirmed Bookings

Please use our booking calendar to make a provisional booking. We will reserve the timeslot in the diary for up to two weeks while you arrange your transport and then the booking must be confirmed by calling or emailing us. We will then issue invoices for the deposit and balance.

Arrival & Timings

When booking either a 2 hour tour or a Whole Day Visit to Hazard Alley, we require all groups to be at the centre 15 minutes in advance of their tour booking time. This is to allow enough time to book visitors in and to receive important Health and Safety announcements so that the guided led tour can start promptly at the allotted time.

Tours last for two hours and we suggest you allow 45 minutes for lunch.

Teaching Children to be Safe

Hazard Alley was the first purpose-built safety education centre in the UK, designed to give young visitors a unique interactive learning experience. Having opened in 1994, we’ve welcomed approximately half a million children.
